Audiology Fee Schedule
For non-students only. Audiology fees are included in Tucker-Maxon students' tuition.
Comprehensive Audiological Exam (Otoscopy, tympanometry, pure tone air and/or bone conduction audiometry, speech discrimination): $135
A nominal fitting fee is charged in addition to the cost of the hearing instrument(s). If the instrument(s) are returned for credit, the fitting fee minus $50 will be refunded.
Hearing Aid fitting fee (includes in house repairs, programming for 3 years):
Binaural fitting: $200
Monaural fitting: $150For hearing aids not purchased through TMOS: In house repairs $15
Out of warranty manufacturer repair (comes with 6 or 12 month warranty). Repair prices do not include shipping or additional charges such as recasing. For manufacturers not listed, please contact audiologist with make, model, and age of instrument:
Earmolds: $45 per mold or $80 for a pair

Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required for cancellations, except for emergencies. If you do not show up for your appointment you will be billed for the full exam fee.
Insurance Billing and Payment Policy
We are now able to bill insurance. Currently we are not a preferred provider for any insurance companies, but we are in the process of contracting with Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you would like us to bill insurance for your next visit please bring your insurance card with you. We will require your co-pay at the time of service and any remaining balance after your insurance company has been billed will then be billed to you.
